- Maintaining customer records securely

- Ensuring that customers are able to make their own decisions about their supports
- Endeavouring to maintain customers’ personal and physical privacy
- Treating all customers with respect
The right to confidentiality includes:
- Maintaining personal information within Plan Tracker unless consent is provided for that information to be shared with a third party
- Ensuring that customers understand that there are some circumstances whereby their information may be shared without their consent
It is the responsibility of Plan Tracker Management to:
- Maintain systems that ensure customer privacy, confidentiality and dignity is upheld by all Plan Tracker employees
- Communicate this system to all employees and Customers
- Invite feedback on the efficiency of this system
- Review this system on a regular basis
- Modify the system accordingly
It is the responsibility of the Plan Tracker Team to:
- Always uphold the privacy, confidentiality and dignity of the customer
- Report any issues with the Privacy system to Plan Tracker Management as soon as is practical
It is the responsibility of Plan Tracker customers to:
- Sign the relevant release of information consent forms
- Raise a complaint with Plan Tracker if any issues arise relating to their Privacy of information

8.1. If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to email@example.com. We take complaints very seriously and will respond within 2 business days of receiving written notice of your complaint.

When you come to our website (www.plantracker.com.au) we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.
