You can track payments & claims, upload invoices and other documents on-the-go, and use our planned spending tool to look ahead to your Plan End date, so you’ll know how much you’re likely to spend based on existing supports, and what you have left over to spend so that you can maximise your access to supports within your budget.
Fancy all the benefits of self-management without the admin? If you choose to plan manage with Plan Tracker, our experienced team will handle all of your invoice payments and claims for you, which means less paperwork and more time to spend doing the things you love!

Founder and CEO of Plan Tracker, Elisa James, is a passionate, creative and forward-thinking professional who is pioneering innovative technology that is positively disrupting the NDIS space.
With a background in technology and having her own son an NDIS participant, Elisa recognised a need to make self-managing an easier option for individuals and families just like her. With an idea in mind, she set out to develop, build and launch the very first Plan Tracker app – a platform designed to help participants and family members, easily self-manage their NDIS supports by tracking funds, payments and claims from one central dashboard. Available on both iOS & Android, as well as the desktop portal, Plan Tracker is supported by an enthusiastic & caring team with lived-experience in the NDIS.
Initially a self-management platform, Plan Tracker now also offers Plan Management for participants wishing to enjoy the benefits of self-management, without the admin!
Elisa’s vision is to equip users with the tools, capacity building training and support they desire, so that Plan Tracker will go on to become a household name as an Australian tech company intent on making a positive difference in our local community.
