Changing NDIS plan manager may seem like a hassle, but it’s a lot easier than you might think, in fact:
- Changing can be done in a few simple steps and at no cost to you.
- You keep full control of your plan at all times.
- You can change anytime, even mid funding period.
- Plan management funding will already be included in your NDIS plan.

Let your NDIS contact know you’re switching
If your NDIS plan is on PACE (the NDIA’s new computer system) you need to ‘endorse’ Plan Tracker as your plan manager, which is just a fancy way of saying you need to tell the NDIA we’ll be managing your plan.
Get in touch with your existing plan manager
Advise your new plan manager you’re moving to a new provider. Ask them to confirm the date they’ll release your service, so you know when your transition can be completed (most providers have a 15-to-30-day notice period, but you can ask to have this shortened).
Register with Plan Tracker
When signing up, let us know you’re switching from another plan manager. As soon as your current provider cancels your account, we can activate your Plan Tracker account and begin processing your invoices and supporting you!
What is endorsing and why do I need to do it?
Endorsing is just a fancy way of saying that you need to officially tell the NDIA who you are choosing to manage your plan.
It’s important because without being officially endorsed by you, we can’t start providing services and making payments etc.

How to endorse Plan Tracker via the ‘my NDIS participant portal’
- Sign into your my NDIS participant portal.
- Find your provider relationships and select ‘my providers’.
- Select your existing plan manager (if you have one), click on the drop down and select ‘end role’.
- Search for Plan Tracker (NDIS registration number 4050012016), select us and choose the role plan manager when prompted (do not select plan provider).
