Paper vs Portal Budget Names

Have you ever logged into the NDIS Portal only to find your support budget categories don’t match the list on the paper plan in your hand? It can be very confusing!

At Plan Tracker we are focused on making NDIS information easier to understand.  As a provider, and thanks to having team members with lived experience of an NDIS Plan, we know that the support budget names on printed and downloaded PDF plans are different to those listed on the Portal.

*Reminder – when you self-manage your NDIS funding, you only need to process your claims on the portal at a budget level (not line items). Budgets 01-04 listed on our cheat sheet are part of the ‘Core Supports’ budget category.
