What is VIC Plan Management?

Our plan managers are here to help you get the most out of your NDIS funding, and to save you valuable time processing invoices and managing your admin.

We have close ties with the VIC community, giving you the local knowledge and expertise you need. Our Plan Management support is about giving you complete flexibility and control over your NDIS funds.

How much does an NDIS Plan Manager cost in Vic?

The NDIS pays for the setup fee of $232 for participants in metropolitan areas in Victoria for their first plan (which is paid separately to other plan budgets). They also pay the monthly fee of $104.45 for the length of your plan. These fees may be slightly higher if you live in a remote area.

There is zero cost to you as a NDIS participant. This monthly fee covers all costs associated with assisting and supporting you to manage your NDIS plan.

What are the three types of NDIS Plan Management?

You can choose from three ways to manage your NDIS plan:

Self-managed: You or someone you nominate manages all the paperwork that comes with your plan, including processing invoices and storing receipts and records.

Agency-managed: The NDIA manages your plan. With this option, you can only use NDIS-registered service providers, so you lose access to many local non-registered providers who may be a great fit for you.

Plan-managed: A professional Plan Manager (like Plan Tracker) takes care of your NDIS plan, making sure your providers are paid on time and accurately. They support you to get the most out of your funds, help you keep track of your spending, and keep all the financial records for payments.
