In March, the NDIA changed the way invoices and reimbursements are processed and this will have an impact on payments we make to you and your providers.

What you need to know 

To reduce fraud and non-compliant behaviour the NDIA is now taking more time to review claims before funds are released. Below are their new timeframes:

  • Valid claims should be paid within 2 – 3 business days from the date of submission to the NDIA;
  • Some claims may take up to 10 days to be processed;
  • Funds will no longer be released by the NDIA overnight.

What happens next 

We will continue to process your service provider payments and reimbursements once we receive them from the NDIA. This may take a little longer than it has previously.
